The  Coaching Process

Step 1 – Establishing Relationship Of Trust (Any good relationship for public speaking coaching requires a relationship of trust between the Coach and the Client.  We will spend time getting to know each other, address boundaries, and define where challenges will help to grow during your time as a Client.)

Step 2 – Discovering The “Root” & The “Route” (At the heart of any coaching relationships are the goals that we set to be able to be able to grow.  However, it also requires what is at the heart of the matter(s), and to come up with a plan to address them.  We will spend time addressing what the plan will entail utilizing resources, conversation, and other tactics as needed.)

Step 3 – Develop SMART Goals For Accountability (After identifying the heart of the matter and how to proceed with these matter(s), we will draw up goals that are based on the principles of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time Bound).  This will help with making necessary progress with how to overcome challenges that are identified with your public speaking.)

Step 4 – Refine, Improve, & Check In (With the goals defined, we will continue to review them to ensure that progress is being made.  With any coaching relationship, there will be changes.  Based on the discussions between Coach and Client, changes and refinements will be made to provide realistic expectations and ensuring that matters during the relationship are being addressed.)
